Acceptance
By using this website or participating in any offering, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or book a session.
Nature of the work
Malin's Sacred Space provides ceremonial, doula, drumming, and integration support. These offerings are not medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment and are not a substitute for professional healthcare. If you have a medical or mental health condition, consult a qualified practitioner before participating.
Personal responsibility
Participation in any offering is voluntary and at your own risk. You are responsible for disclosing relevant health information when asked and for honoring your own limits during the work.
Bookings & cancellations
Specific booking, payment, and cancellation terms are confirmed in writing when a session is scheduled. Unless otherwise agreed, deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future date with reasonable notice.
Conduct
We hold space with care and ask the same of every participant. Behavior that endangers or disrespects others may result in being asked to leave a session without refund.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, images, and design — belongs to Malin's Sacred Space and may not be reproduced without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Malin's Sacred Space is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or participation in any offering.
